Home & Patio Show

The Home & Patio collection is complete and ready for delivery tomorrow morning. I am excited about this collection and hope it goes over well. Each collection includes (3) saws, (3) hammers, and (4) houses. Total cookies = 120.

The hammer and saw are my favorite and I already have ideas to use them for a Father's Day collection.



This is a close up of the hammer. Unfortunately, this is a very fragile shape, but super cute.

The houses were a little more challenging to decorate because of all the steps involved.

First, pipe the roof.


Outline the frame, door and windows, then flood the house.

Next, pipe the chimney, then drop in the chimney, windows and door.

Finally, pipe the border around the windows and door. I had every intention of adding detail to the chimney but for some reason, when the brown icing touched the red it changed into a pukey green color. Not attractive so I had to nix the detail :(
