What a crazy weekend! Jeff and I went home to DeLand this weekend for my cousin's wedding. While in DeLand, it is a must to have lunch at Bellini's. Bellini's is a family owned deli and I have been eating there as long as I can remember. I ordered my usual Pepperoni and Provolone sub. YUMM-O!!!! A visit to Bellini's is not complete without a Cannoli. I seriously ate so much, but so worth it!

While we were downtown, we visited our brick. That's right...we have a brick. As a wedding gift, one of my good friends gave us a personalized brick. What an amazing gift.

My cousin's wedding was so nice. It was at a house on the water and the reception was outside. Thankfully the Florida rain held off for their special day!

I drove by my elementary school in Lake Helen. Lake Helen is a tiny little town next to DeLand, where I grew up. Lake Helen has a population of about 2,500 and no street lights. There are a couple of main 3-way stops. Haha...it is so small it doesn't even have 4-way stops. The building is now the City Hall. I wish the building would have been open....to walk through those halls again would be pretty neat.

This was the first time we traveled with both girls and they did so well in the car. They had such an exciting weekend playing with Jake and Pepper. The second we got in the car to drive home, they passed out. They slept the entire drive! When we got home they continued sleeping and didn't wake up until this morning.
It was nice that they slept because when we got home, I had to start baking for two orders that are due on Wednesday. I baked about 60 cookies and also made a pie tart for a fruit tart I am making for an office pot luck on Tuesday.
