My Big Fat Greek Dinner

Jeff and I hosted game night at our house Saturday night. We take turns hosting with our friends Emily & Erik. The dinner theme was Greek - Appetizer: Greek Cheese Torta, Dinner -Spanakopita, Grilled Shrimp, Greek Salad and Roasted Potatoes with lemon vinaigrette. Yummo! We cheated on dessert and Emily picked up Baklava from Hala Cafe. Phyllo dough was challenging enough for the Spanakopita. I would have pulled my hair out if I made Baklava from scratch. After dinner, we played Pictionary. It was so much fun. We have been playing Rummy and it was time for a change.

Okay, so I didn't get a close up of the Spanakopita or potatoes. I took a quick picture because I wasn't sure if my friends would think I was a complete tool for wanting to take pictures of our food!
