Flowers & A Sweet Tooth

Friday, Jeff sent me flowers at work. How sweet is he??? They are just lovely and make a great center piece for our dining room table! Not to mention...I have never seen an orange rose before.






I had a sweet tooth today and wanted to make a dessert. After going through all of my cookbooks I found nothing. One of the blogs I read posted this dessert a while back so I thought I would try it - Rocky Road Tart. Boy, oh, boy....it is rich. If I were to make this again, I would cut the chocolate in half. It is almost too rich to enjoy.

Here is a picture of our little one. I just hate putting this darn cone on her. Thankfully she doesn't put up a stink when we put it on her.
