Truffle Salt

I have a very bad habit of salting everything, even before I taste food. I'm sure this will result in some future health ailment, but until then, I am enjoying the salt. And speaking of salt, my good friend, Vicky, told me about truffle salt while I was in Chicago. Hands down...amazingness in a jar.

Yes, everything! Potatoes of course, especially fries. I actually sprinkled some on some scrambled eggs the other morning. YUM.
